Handling, not work, max speed,speed

Hi!
I want to start handling my own server.
I watched a video of how it should be, but I did it for the most part, but for some reason the speed didn’t change.
fInitialDriveMaxFlatVel value = “252.5” / === video into this showed how to set. Can you help which value needs to be increased to accelerate the vehicle?

I changed the values, the car didn’t get faster! Anyone else have an idea?
