if you use a different emote menu just get get the file anim@male@holding_radio.ycd from rpemotes-reborn and paste it to the animations pack you’re using
copy from here
rpemotes-reborn\stream[Custom Emotes]\CrunchyCat Poses\anim@male@holding_radio.ycd
to here, in my case
DeadoAnimationsPackV2\stream[Custom-Emotes]\Struggleville
if different pack just paste it on a random folder on stream

hey guys here is the working hand held animation local radioChannel = 0local radioNames = {}local disableRadioAnim = false - Pastebin.com put it in pma-voice/client/module/radio.lua open the pastebin file copy all and open your radio.lua save a backup if its not working make the command CTRL-A then paste that and save it hope i helped!
