game fails to launch with the mods in i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
nothing is working it launches with out the plugins

If you run gta normally does it work and run smoothly? maybe try getting rid of all other mods that you have in your normal GTA V folder. But FiveM is only supported on windows 10, this means it is unstable on other windows versions and this maybe the problem try and get windows 10 if not ask people that know the code better.
I’ve seen his problems first hand. He’s able to connect to FiveM on Win7 (w/o any mods)

what do you have inside your plugins folder as some mod menus or files stop the game from loading or crash the game
got it working it was a problem with permissions
The only probllem is that you have els and scripthookv in there which dont work with fivem take these out and it should work
as well as dinput8 and advancedhookv
It’s fully working the problem was with the GTA root folder didn’t have appropriate permission
so is fivem working now
yes it is windows security and rockstar no jive lol i hate the simple little crap that causes you to beat your head against a brick wall to get it working its fully working
