Growler handling not working

What you expected to happen
When spawning the Growler to be able to drive it
What actually happens
The growler barely moves. Only moves backwards at a snails pace
Category of bug (eg. client, server, weapons, peds, native)
Vehicles
Reproducible steps, preferably with example script(s)
Spawn Growler → Try to drive

Doesn’t replicate here - used vMenu to spawn growler by name on a clean server (other than having vMenu installed) and it accelerates fine.

My guess is the handling.meta entry for the growler is being overridden somewhere
