Grey screen when alt-tab or close launcher

Hello,

I have an issue with the launcher. Sometimes, usually after the PC has been on for a few hours already, alt-tabbing or closing the launcher will turn the screen grey and won’t return to normal. Everything is still running in the background, I just don’t see anything. With the alt-tab problem, if I alt-tab again, it switches back to the launcher, but at this point I know the only way to close it will be a physical restart of the PC. Joining a server works fine, however when I close the game I get the grey screen again. It doesn’t matter what server I join.
I already tried to set RedM.exe on High performance in Graphics settings.

Anyone knows what I can do about it?
