I installed the with and when I press on it, I only appear a gray image in a small window and hear the music… I searched the internet this problem but said I can open with by clicking Right on with and pressing the high performance nvidia… It really works but having high performance settings very-high… The texture of the server does not load at all well if I have to very-high graphics and I want to give the graphics all to normal to see the roads well and everything surrounds me on the server… If I give normal I have to disconnect and when I want to enter the with again… I can enter just by clicking and right click High Performance… And again it takes me to very high… As if I press directly on the with and gives me the gray window… That’s the problem., help me please… So I can’t play with with normal graphics to play the world

i had the same issue. but i found out! how to fix it. just go to the nvidia control panel right click the nvidia icon on the taskbar and set 3d graphic thing to high performance nvidia cpu. done! hope it helps
