When is the last time you cleaned your videocard? you may also want to look into setting a fan curve to help bring its temps down… not sure how this is in anyway related to Onesync either.
More information would be great as well… what GPU are you using?

So you’re pushing your mid range card to the limit and then putting on third party shaders to push it even more and you’re implying fivem and or onesync is making your GPU overheat?
