Additional comments

So nothing seems to work, but apparently my pc is not an issue because I run some benchmarks (Cinebench) and surprisingly everything is within normal bounds (found them on web).

I checked other games on my pc, but only FiveM shows performance hit on my pc. I appreciate any help, thanks

Did you check GTA5 or only FiveM? Have you tried limiting game fps to your monitor’s refresh rate in nvidia control panel?

I also tried it doesn’t change anything
