player base is not what it used to be, i have had minimal encouters with admins but most have always been as helpful as they can with reguards to rp, the player base is not what it used to be put i have seen it picking up, i used to play this server a year ago and recently hopped back on and been havijng fun with it making money and talking to people, most people in this city are friendly and accomadating with the occasional tippy but that is a problem on many cities, its worth a try and they have been adding more content and fixing some of the bigbugs that used to cause problems, i am somewhat biased because this is the first server i have played back when this was the only city my pc could run and will always comeback although it is sad to see the player count dwindle, i do have faith in this server reviving but im not holding out
