40-70 fps? Based off of what? Even if I run a Nvidia Riva TNT from 1990s with 4MB of ram I’m gonna get at least 40 fps?

Tested on i5 8400 / gtx 1050ti 4gb / 16gb ram.

Thanks! That is an important distinction to make when giving fps rates. How does it vary so much? It jumps from 40-70? That’s a pretty big issue imo.
