GFX_D3D_INIT Error evrytime I load into five m this is what happens

What did you do to get this issue? I dont know all i did was start the game.

So it was doing this before and I uninstalled it and got it again and everytime I load the game it says ERR_GFX_INIT. Idk what is happening but plz help.
