Getting white wavy screen with music upon loading of FiveM, also not going full screen

I don’t understand this question, but I just downloaded GTA V today, so it should be up to date
I think so; it did a lot of updates on initial download
I bought it off of Steam today
I bought GTAV on Steam

16GB Ram, i7 9th Gen, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 512 GB SSD
I loaded FiveM?
It was before I even got to main menu so not on a server?

When I search .dmp nothing comes up

If an issue with starting:

I got this computer yesterday so I don’t even have anti virus yet?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Restarting computer
Turning off and on
Uninstalling and reinstalling FiveM
Clearing FiveM Cache
Restarting Steam and FiveM
Contacting support on the server I’m going to play
Cry
