Getting this error when running PoliceMod 2 from Dehaan

Hi everyone,

When running the policemod2 script from Dehan I get this error when I try to open the menu - “Caught unhandled exception:
System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for ‘System.Windows.Forms.Screen’ threw an exception. —> System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL ‘user32.dll’: The process has no package identity. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80073D54)

I was wondering if anybody a fix for this?
