I strongly suggest verifying your game files. This is texture related, and therfore probably not related to fiveM. Get into single player and see if you experience the same issue
To prevent blankint textures? If whole server has this issue then optimize streamed files (textures, cars, clothes, interiors etc. If you’re asking only for you then change in GTA’s settings texture quality to medium and set high priority for FivemGtaProcess in task manager.
