Getting stuck on a servers loading screen but when I try to join other servers it just gives me the ''3 attempts'' error

What is the issue you’re having?
Whenever I try to connect to a specific server I get stuck on the loading screen which is in the sky blurred. And when I try to join another server it gives me the 3 attempt error and just doesnt work

What are you trying to do?
Play RP

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Lowering graphic settings on gta, restarting, re-downloading, clearing cache

Nothing, just havent played for months and come back to this.
