Getting Server hitch warning Alot

Ive been getting alot of this messages:
server thread hitch warning: timer interval of 176 milliseconds

server thread hitch warning: timer interval of 212 milliseconds

server thread hitch warning: timer interval of 206 milliseconds

I know this is normal sometimes, but Im getting like 30 in 2 seconds, the “resmon” dont show any problems, is it there some other program or command to see the cause of it ?
