Getting "not entitled to resource" errors, but Im not server owner

What is the issue you’re having?

Recently, after any server restart, I seem to be getting errors loading scripts when logging into the server. I am just the discord jani for the server, not an owner or in server staff. I am the only one who seems to be getting these. Below is an example, but it happens for like 30-40 secripts.

You lack the required entitlement to use 556_trainrob
Error: Couldn’t start resource 556_trainrob.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Clear cache, reinstalled RedM, replaced citizenfx.ini, verified steam install files, rebooted pc. If I stop trying to log in for a while it just works but dont know why
