Does this work on the latest version of es_extended? As we know es_extended now doesn’t need any of these:
-essentialmode
-es_admin2
-esplugin_mysql

Yes, test it is a random server and it is working

Yes, also inside the resources folder is the client, server, html and resources.lua

No, when you call the service they call the police station, in the gcphone it is configured as in all gcphones, look at your server in case you have something wrongly configured. This edition of the gcphone has not touched public services.

Yes, like if you call the police trough contacts, its calling the mobilephone wherever a officer is, not only at the police station.

Currently that would not be possible since if you call the police you are actually calling the headquarters. On the other hand you could investigate to create something for that.
