GCPhone doesn't create phone numbers

Hi all. I have a problem with GCPhone. When a player joins a server the first time, he don’t get a phone number. The strange thing about this is that the database says “NULL” but the phone itself says a random phone number. But everytime you reconnect your phone displays a new phone number but the database cloumn is still clear.

I hope there is a fix.
