Game won't load, just creates more CitizenFX logs

Hello! So I followed the website’s tutorial and everything works in the installing progress. When I try to run the FiveReborn.exe I just get another CitizenFX.log file. Any ideas? Thanks.

I’m running Windows 10, MSI GeForce GTX 970, Intel i7 4790k.
I have the Steam version of GTA 5, never installed any mods.

Opt out of steam beta and restart steam.
