Game stuck on orange screen (turned red a while ago, I think is normal)

System specifications Intel i5, Double graphic cards: AMD 8670m (2gb VRAM) and intel HD 4000 (2gb VRAM).
What did you do to get this issue? Start the game.
What server did you get this issue on? I wish I could access one.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I wish I had one.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Everything possible (redownload FiveM, join GTA Online before FiveM, play GTA V/online for a while
then FiveM… nothing worked).

I believe there is no need for me to include anything else in here since my issue is known, except that I maybe need to point out my specifications in case FiveM’s getting a solution then my own cards gonna be included.

Please do your best to fix this, I really need the game working.

I believe it has to do with the mobile AMD graphics driver.

I believe so. I also heard it’s related to specific AMD cards and not all of them, so that’s why I wanted to have mine pointed out for a possible solution :^)

Because of AMD this issue is still a problem and you sadly got to wait for AMD to fix there drivers.

mostly older cards are effected not so much the newer ones, so your card would fall under the older ones.

Im having the same issue and its not a problem with amd drivers so yea to all those people who said that’s the problem its not

Ok, so you are saying the elements dont know there client? gotcha.

dont say it isnt the problem when most of the time it is.

are you also on an older amd graphics card? if not yours might be a seperate issue.

sorry, let me be more specific, its more about laptop AMD gpu’s over desktop but some older dekstop amd cards suffer this problem from before the 200 series cards.

it is older but it isnt souly about it being older, all AMD Graphics for laptops suffer with this problem due to driver issues on AMD’s behalf.

sadly you dont, AMD will not do much of anything about it. sucks for AMD users on laptops and some older videocards but its sadly how it is.

as the elements say… this is on AMD to fix which they simply wont.

I know I know. But if someone with a higher authority reaches AMD software team they could have the fix in their list and work on.

If you’re just going to say “It’s an AMD issue and they have to fix it” and then just hide in the shadows expecting them to notice you which makes me ask “Why would they even notice you”, and just act like nothing had happened and ignore this situation then I must say the FiveM team does not really look for players’ enjoyment as the terms of usage say, and rather look for something else behind it… since they already got playerbase why would they care about minority sorry I meant plenty of people.

We filled out their bug report form (the only means to contact them) for the first time ~2 years ago. Still no response, nor fix.

Other developers have posted on their forums for 4+ years about this issue. Still, no fix.

I understand… I believe then we’re not eligible to play on such hardware and should just not care about this bug anymore… I wouldn’t blame the FiveM team because they’ve presented enough proofs the issue is from AMD…

Will be out of this now and hopefully will see a solution someday… someday.

I hope to see some good news from the FiveM team very soon… I really wish to try this new gamemode as I’m already bored of all the rest, and really look forward to have a fix for my issue and others’ and be able to join the community.

This topic can be L&A, but I hope the FiveM team continues their effort to get this problem fixed with AMD. Might be hard to do… might take time, but I’m sure it’s worth a shot as it’s problem for some members of the community who wouldn’t be able to enjoy the mod with all of this happening.
