Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No.
Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? Well, I was in a City RP for PMA 18+ RP. my game was running normally. I left to eat lunch and came back. My game switched to the smallest window mode and low res. My Monitor is a 165 Hz 1440 High Res LG Game Monitor. I tried to fix it but every time I load in i open the menu and go to settings in game soon as I move to settings tab in game. It Freezes and crashes showing this below

What have you tried already to fix the issue? Restart my PC, Checked for updates on Steam, rockstar, GPU, Windows, Etc. Reinstalled FiveM

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! PMA 18+ RP. But even happens when I launch Story mode through FiveM.
