I just reinstalled fivem and its still crashing

lspdfr is probably your issue, but your gta5 folder is also a mess, remove your mods and verify your game files.

theres no way my gtav folder is the reason i havent updated anything in my gtav folder in atleast a month and this error just started yesterday

things happen, with your GTA5 being a mess it more then likely one of the mods.

Plus fivem requires a clean installation to work correctly.

so i have to reinstall gtav

I have fixed it by reseting my pc
