Game is so pixelated , Mountains , buildings

Usually this problem used to come with rain and when rain stops it also stops with it
But now this has become a big problem to me as it’s always happening and game is unplayable and also iam getting a massive FPS drop .
GTA V version? Latest version
Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? No

System specifications I5 2.80GHZ , 8GB ram GDDR4 (maybe) , Amd 6900 1GB
What did you do to get this issue? I did no thing

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

I changed my directX to 10 but still doesn’t work

Note : this only happens on fiveM , Gta single and multiplayer is fine
