What i did so far:
- Restarting PC
- Deleted cache folder.
- Reinstalled FiveM
- Reinstalled Grand Theft Auto V

You have quite an old and weak CPU. Make sure you aren’t running any other programs. Also please try one of the pinned servers (like Los Santos V) and see if you still get freezes.
I have this pc for a long time, never had problems with FiveM… even when i run an FXServer AND playing FiveM
On Los Santos V i have the same problems…
