Game feels like its low frames sometimes

Every once in awhile When I join a server it sometimes runs at like somewhat 20ish fps thereabouts when it usually runs higher than that , I don’t know why this is happening it may just be the server itself or FiveM Or highly unlikely Me , It would be nice if someone could help me get to the bottom of this

Also add what you already tried so far: ;I reinstalled Gta V and FiveM completely ,wiped my cache and caches.xml multiple times , reinstalled all of my plugins and started fivem without any plugins.

Agree with @polonium, it seems like the server is constantly making checks which could be very likely slowing you down. Does this occur on other servers often?

Yes actually it happens other servers but it seems if I give the game some time it stops lagging but then sometimes it starts again

How about in singleplayer? Do you experience similar lag?

Singleplayer is quite smooth but with fivm you have a lot of other stuff going on like streaming mods and stuff which more mods being streamed= more broken stuff
