Also add what you already tried so far.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. It has only been happening on their server. They have stated that it is a client-side issue and not a server-sided because no one else has gotten the same error

What I found so far was this line that terminated the game
[ 275000] GlobalError: An exception occurred (c0000005 at 0x141268964) during loading of resource_surrogate:/airport.rpf in data file mounter class CfxPackfileMounter. The game will be terminated.
