Game drops with static screen and sound

The game drops, most often with changes in the values in the inventory (ripping / selling items, etc.)

**GTA V version? -latest
**Legit or Pirate copy? legit
**Steam/CD/Social Club? steam
**Windows version? win10 1803
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes
**Error screenshot (if any) - no errors, just screen and sound become static. I need to close all fiveM processes to close game client
System specifications i7 8700k/ GTX1070/16Gb RAM
**What did you do to get this issue? In most cases game drops when character buying something on the market, change clothes in the shop, take staff for delivery missions etc
**What server did you get this issue on? - 54.37.128.195:27119 / 20 / 21

I tried to delete cache, reinstalled GTA5 and fiveM client a few times, installed all visual studio packages, reinstalled video drivers with clean installation, turned game video settings to low, tried to play in windowed mode. I have no issues in single mode or GTA online.

Have no idea whats the problem, please help!
