Game drops 20-30fps when turning els on after new update

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications GTX 1080, 16gb RAM, 1TB HDD, i7-7700k
What did you do to get this issue? Turned on ELS after the new update, and lost 20-30 fps.
What server did you get this issue on? My clans server

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Don’t have one. (Have tried to turn it off and on, but don’t work)

Well, ELS isnt a FiveM issue its a mod made by someone.

So you need to ask the people who made the mod about the issue you are having even though i have not experienced this issue myself.

If its a server side resource you can ask in the original topic or where ever you downloaded ELS from.
