What antivirus do you have installed. Im forever fighting with my antivirus as its always quarantining FiveM.exe for some unknown reason,so your problem could be that the files have been moved/ deleted?
If not, check your Citizen.fx path to make sure that your fivem is connected to a non-edited version of gta = No LSPDFR, no mods, just a basic version. If its on steam go to your steamapps directory and C+P a new gtav folder and call it GTAV FiveM etc… then link the direct path to that,
Hope some of that help, best of luck
Ben S.
Filling out the whole support template is typically useful.
Thank you for the time and the respond, ill check it ( reinstalling FiveM atm again… )
No problem its all good, just as a quick thought as well after doing that go into your steam library and verify integrity of game files, it will do quick check to make sure no files are out of place and will automatically fix them for you
CitizenFX all good, I did verify the files and still not working.
After reinstall FiveM and gta v.
Loading rockstar launcher and after its load nothing appears.
If you can get screenshots of the listed things below, it would be better to get a understanding of what is going on.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
