**System specifications: Ryzen 3950X, Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Formula, 16 GB G.Skill DDR4 4400mhz, m.2 hdd, GTX 1080 x 2 SLI, all water cooled.
**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): No crash
**logs/CitizenFX_log files: No logs

Important parts

**What is the issue you’re having? I cannot get my new server to update my game cache that is downloaded to sign into my server. It downloads about 5MB shy of the full download and hangs. Doesn’t lock up the program or computer, but will just sit there for hours on end not doing anything.

**What are you trying to do? I’m trying to log into my server for the first time.

**What have you tried already to fix the issue? I have deleted all cache folders, and uninstalled and re-installed fivem. It will not finish updating my cache no matter what I try. I’ve had others that can get into my server with no issues, but I cannot get into my own server. I have also disabled my AV and FW’s in all aspects with no progress.![server cache 2|690x329]

**What did you do to get this issue? Have had this issue for a week now.

**What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! It is on my own Server, Los Santos Professional First Responders (LSPFR).

I’m pretty sure it’s something to do on the client end as my connections are good and I can go onto other servers just fine. I’ve had my hosts connect just fine on the server, but not me. Not really sure what is going on there.

Did you try clearing your server’s cache first?

I thought I did. I thought I deleted the contents of the cache folders

I’ve cleared the server cache and been sitting for 2 hours with no progress… I’ve also updated the server to the latest artifact and still nothing.

I reinstalled GTA with no mods or anything and it worked. So we can close this.
