Game Cache is redownloaded at an extremely low speed every time RedM is launched

Every time I launch RedM, I’m prompted with “Update Game Cache”, which takes upwards of 5 hours to complete, while I can get into the game after the 5 hours its ridiculous that I would have to wait that long to play. Compared to the quick loading time of FiveM, it’s nightmarish waiting this long to “download” the same 5gb every time. Is there any solution for this at all or is this what everyone who plays deals with?

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?

Reinstall RedM
Reinstall RDR2
Delete all RedM folders/data
