AFAIK, ZeroSync is the name of the codebase the Devs are currently working on to get towards OneSync.

Quote from one of them in the Discord:

‘you have to go past 0 to get to 1’

They’ve also posted on their Twitter that prototyping of ZeroSync should start soon. So, If I would have to guess I would say ZeroSync will be tested and stuff and then the code will be polished up and released as OneSync (could be wrong).

FX server does suck ass, My server use to run like a Ferrari till FORCED to run the FX shit, Now its just D-synk and FPS droping to low teens for any player on the server,explain that one.

I couldn’t help it. Spelling is the key to getting your word out - well, sometimes. You have to understand that almost everyone I knew complained about the poor performance of CitMP server, and progression meant that the Collective had to refactor a big portion of the codebase.

Stop running copy+paste shitty servers with poorly made resources then? Server performance has always been optimal for me, also taking into factor my stable connection to the internet. Poor server performance almost always falls under the amount of resources you have, the quality of those resources, as well as the quantity, not forgetting notorious vehicle packs or skins. No need to attack, instead if you have any issues, it is best to report those issues in a civilised manner.

But we aren’t support? FiveM has no “official support team”, hence why the project is reliant on community members. You aren’t paying anyone for prioritised entitled support.

I am just gonna put this out there and this goes for these stupid topics that are being made about the “FXServer’s Sucks”. If they suck so bad that you have to argue your point across to the FiveM community then you should go to your browser and search up a perfect, open source, free multiplayer mod for GTA 5 that you can make easy UI using HTML, CSS, and Javascript with obviously lua and can stream custom vehicles and meta files… when you can find one like that… let me know… if you can’t find it then I don’t know what to tell you.

I may not be as active or develop scripts here anymore really but that’s because of IRL stuff. However, FXServer does not suck. It’s a free resource and developed by the elements for free, in their spare time. So please show some respect to them for all their hard work.

Also, the difference between FX and CFX is very minimal from a server owner standpoint. Even from a scripting standpoint, I noticed a minimal difference. If you’re using every script on the forums and not scripting yourself then that might be the issue you have. Sometimes they haven’t been updated or even maintained. As a server owner, you’re responsible to maintain your server. Nobody else.

If you’re here to learn then please hop into discord and/or post a constructive forum topic and I’m 100% positive users will help you. However, we will not run a server for you and we will not fix your issues when you insult a community like you do.

It’s simple, if you don’t like the product and aren’t actively contributing to it and offer nothing constructive then please do everyone a favor and just leave.

I was about to avoid replying, just because trash talking never helps to construct anything.

Yet, I have to say I haven’t been trying the CitizenFx servers because I’ve been tracking the progress of all this waiting for a more stable and optimized stage of development. Now I just jumped into FiveM a few months ago just to play and a few weeks ago I started to compile and tweak scripts for my own project of a server which is working not just great, it also is a true demonstration that FiveM is not getting “there”, is already “HERE” and we the players as same as the so proud “server owners” shouldn’t have any complain at all.

Some times it feels FiveM/CitizenFx is sketchy? For some people does.
It has lot of stuff to keep working on it including bugs and crashes? For sure it does.
Can you create your own FiveM modification by yourself alone? I don’t think so.

So why don’t you try to chill and see if you really wanna get involved on this or maybe you should stick to play in public servers?

As the guys said, it looks imo too that you might be running a pile of stacked scripts in a badly optimized server.

I’m very thankful with the .elements and every single scripter, designer, coder and player around here since we finally have our own dedicated servers and the most committed and well informed community to share the knowledge and play in any way we want.

One thing is when we “state our opinions” which basically are based on arguments that can remain fixed or simply change along time when we get other’s people opinions and something very different is to just blame on everything that “sucks” and have a closed mind attitude that only gets you more frustrated because people usually reacts very bad at such behaviors.

I think this is a good place to go ahead and lock this topic. We’ve heard some very well constructed and understandable points from people who are able to properly use FiveM and the servers, and then we have heard bratty, incoherent, and entitled statements from the others.
