FXServer UTF-8 Cyrillic broken?

Anyone have a problem with UTF-8 Cyrillic coding in new FXServer? On CFX server same scripts with same setup work well, but on new FX version encoding seem to be broken with cyrillic characters. If anyone have solution please help.

Got a minimal repro case?

Sorry. My fault. All work as intended. Simply will need to be change codepage of command prompt to utf8 by CHCP 65001 console command.
