FxDK rename file cause duplication in UI

Hello, fresh FxDK installation (v. oct 2021)
When I create a ressource and then try to rename a file, it duplicates in the UI :frowning:

If I try to click on the previous file, it just said it doesn’t exist anymore :

Anyone has the same problem ? Tested on two computers
