If you delete your cache on your FX-Server, then start it, you get the “Couldn’t load session manager :(”, although if you stop the server then start again it works fine.
This is a known issue for the time being

in RCON try “restart sessionmanager”
If that doesn’t work Restart FX-Server manually by closing it and reopening. That should fix it.
Are the fivem devs though fixing this problem?
Im not sure, although Im sure they are aware of the bug.
