With the release of the Lowriders DLC, Rockstar Games made some changes to the boathouse, adding a fake interior for the cutscene of which Lamar exists out of, therefore they had to remove collisions for Lamar’s player model to be able to walk out of it.
Unfortunately, 7 years and 25 updates later, Rockstar has yet to fix this, resulting in a quick hotfix of “if player enters, kill them instantly” or in the case of FiveM, a camping spot for try hards who fail to understand that K/D ratio doesn’t mean jack shit on this platform…
So, as a departure from the egotistical and self centered CodeWalker community; I have fixed it by removing the floor of the fake interior to stop those who noclip, having a floor to stand on (you will now just fall under the map) and copied the pink collision from the top, duplicating it and essentially blocking entry.
