redemrp_menu_base or menuapi (change in config)

As it stands, it is more for the HA HA’s and less useful in any manner. Clunky movement, you can tell even the car thinks it is a horse. No tire movement etc, as well as other things. Overall, it is a really cool concept and I hope it grows.

In time we will hopefully be able to make full cars. Until then I will just keep making prop models for people to work with!
