so i have one issue with this script after getting the cigarettes from the pack, when you smoke a cigarette it doesnt remove it from your inventory

Improved notification function to prevent duplicate code
Improved smoking and vaping events to use lib.progresscricle
Removed obselete code due to lib.progresscircle features
Improved props when opening packs of cigs and smoking cigs / vapes

Changed shop event slightly to suit new qb-inventory format to change item names or prices look for the event in smoking_server.lua
Removed support for jim-shops in favour of new qb-inventory shops to reduce potential issues from non updated scripts
