NPWD is standalone, we won’t be adding framework dependent features. If you read the API reference in our docs you can read about our onMessage and emitMessage exports, we also have an onCall hook being worked on to intercept and forward calls, which you can use to create your own system for handling messages sent to emergency service numbers.

It sounds like you downloaded the source code, instead of the release with bundled files.
So either download release files, or build the phone yourself.
