I can talk to the guy to start the heist, red blip shows up on map but when I go to the event there’s no guards and the blue flat bed has no containers on it to break into?!

If your train goes on the same rails, I would recommend it.
What script are you using to activate trains?

I just is a couple natives:
SwitchTrainTrack(0, true)
SwitchTrainTrack(3, true)
SetTrainTrackSpawnFrequency(0, 5 * 60 * 1000) – 2 minutes in milliseconds

Yeah i knew that there was natives for them i found a snippet off it. Maybe you can implement them in some way. Or maybe make something so that you can rob moving trains.
