Broo found the Issue. I was using bt-target not qtarget. so I install qtarget now working blips can see the peds but menu not coming
It got fixed after stoping bt-target but now this keep crashing

Itâs easier to just enforce a newer game build, put +set sv_enforceGameBuild 2189 (2189 is Cayo Perico update, 2060 is Casino heist) into your launch params and should be fine.
Will it messed up the other scripts bro ? I got Casino heist and Cayo Percio heist scripts both running
