give it a try now. Just grab it from github again. I had left out a refence in fxmanifest that was needed but my local code was updated.
feel free to make suggestions on github.
Ok so this works now for standalone is it possible to add vehicle modifications for like engine mods and stuff and add it so we can change the color of the vehicle and rims and what not
If you watch Github, Iāll be adding the features listed there. I have some other scripts I need to finish first.
Future Updates:
- Additional SQL logic to save preferences for each vehicle the player uses, with updates on each change
- Compatibility with other menus, TBD based on feedback
- Complete Mod menu for useable only at PD, EMS, at locations specified in the config
I canāt open the menu I did everything it asked me to do
SCRIPT ERROR: @EmergencyVehicleMenu/client.lua:6: attempt to index a nil value (global āQBCoreā)^7
I updated the code on github. I missed a small bit of coderelated to QBCore. Should be good now
Now its telling me this after all the perms have been set
^1ERROR:^0 QBCore is not defined, please make sure the qb-core resource is started.
^1ERROR:^0 Access denied for job: unknown
Can you make a tutorial video please that help so much
Using QBX, select qbx_core in the config and fxmanifest but it doesnāt seem to work. When set to QB_core, it does though. But I feel like itās not pulling all the liveries and extras? Citing ERROR:^0 Access denied for job when using QBX
Edit: Seems to work only in standalone
Hey, I forgot to change the readme. If you set it for QBCore, it works for QBX. Iāll double-check it, but I have been using it for QBX for a while with no issues. It should pull up to 4 liveries & 20 extras
Hello, I have come back without any errors or anything like that yet but with a minor question will you ever make a script or add anything to this one as like a Police Garage where people can put in the spawn codes and spawn the vehicle it would be nice to have separate so it does not mess with this current script but it would be nice to see most people donāt make one that is standalone and requires like QBX or Qbcore so figured I ask to see if something like that would be in the works using the same logic as this with the OX style ui
I actually am doing a bunch of updates. Iāve already started them, the functionality youāre talking about will include be included at every police garage and the zones will be editable. Give me like a week and then Iāll update you here and let you know when all that stuff is added.
Ok cool cool glad to hear
Also one major issue as I said I would be back if there was an issue its crashing the game when you try to open the menu
Also I would start doing releases so that when the new release is crashing people we can revert to the old one until a new fix is out because we cant use the mod menu at all because its crashing people
EmergencyVehicleMenu.rar (4.5 KB)
Here you go. Iāll add versions. Iāve just been slammed at work lately. I did a lot of updates tonight that should address any issues and add location based modding. You can add locations and edit any you wish.
I did a major update last night adding additional functionality and simplifying Modded liveries. See above for all of the details. The original script can be found in the comments. Going forward I will provide versioning to allow users access to previous versions.
Thanks everyone for your patience and Issues added to github. As a newer modder Iām learning as I go and juggling this along with RL stuff. I should be much more available now.
