You are free to use use/modify the script for your own FiveM server. We however do not allow redistribution outside of our own channels (so our Github/website).
If you do really want to redistribute, you can create a fork of our Github Repository and do your modifications in that fork. You are then free to share a link of that fork to other people such that they can also use your modifications, as long as you keep the links to our website in the readme.md file intact.
