Add a clean in-game betting shop to your RedM VORP server.

Admins can stand anywhere and type /placebetting to permanently create a betting shop menu and map blip at that exact location. Players can then walk to the betting shop, press G, and place in-game currency bets through a custom NUI betting interface.
