Overview
oph3z-phone is a custom phone for FiveM. It runs on ESX, QBCore and Qbox, and ships with a full set of apps built to feel like a real smartphone: calls, messages, a camera, a social app, yellow pages and more.
Beta
This is a beta release. It is stable enough for everyday use, but it is still being actively developed and a few bugs are expected. New apps and improvements will be added over time. I’m thinking of developing apps like social media and games and adding them to the phone in the near future.
Note
I have been away from FiveM and coding for a while, so some integrations like inventories and invoices, may be a little outdated compared to how things work now. I started this phone a few months ago, paused for a while, and then came back to finish it, so a few integration issues can happen.
Phone
The phone looks and behaves like an real phone and scales to any screen size.
- Lock screen with a live clock, the date and your notifications
- Home screen with apps you can rearrange, folders and multiple pages
- Control center and a dynamic island
- Notification center with per-app notifications and badges
- Walk mode, so you can move around while using the phone
- Available in English and Turkish, with more languages planned
- Opens with a key (F1 by default), a command, or as an inventory item
- Database: The phone stores its data in JSON files, one per player, so you do not need a database set up for it to work. A SQL resource is only used for the billing and invoices feature, and nothing else.
Apps
- Phone — voice calls through pma-voice. Contacts, favorites, recents, keypad, ringtones, speaker mode, block list, video calls.
- Messages — Chats. Send/request money, GIFs, voice notes, photos, videos, live location, group chats.
- Camera — front and back camera. Photo, video, zoom, walk while filming, records your voice.
- Photos — your gallery. Favorites, full-screen viewer, share to people nearby.
- Wallet — your bank on the phone. Balance, send money, transactions, pay bills.
- Mail — every player gets a real email address. Inbox, sent, attachments, system mail.
- Maps — live GPS map. Saved places, waypoints, share your location.
- Clock — alarms, timers, stopwatch. People nearby hear your alarm go off.
- Calculator — everyday calculator. History you can tap to reuse.
- Settings — wallpaper, brightness, phone size, language, ringtones, profile photo.
- Twexa — social media app. Post, follow, reply, repost, likes, hashtags, mentions, trending, verified badges.
- Yellow Pages — buy and sell in the city. Cars, houses, items, photos, prices, call or message the seller.
- App Store — install and uninstall apps.
Third-party app support
You can add your own apps to the phone without touching the main code. An app is just a separate FiveM resource: it registers itself with one export, and the phone shows its icon and loads its page inside the phone. You build the app’s interface however you like, with React, Vue, or plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
The phone gives your app what it needs to feel native:
- The player’s identity (number, name and more) when the app opens
- Native popups: confirm dialogs, text-input prompts and status toasts
- Saved notifications with a badge on your app’s icon, the same as the built-in apps
- Nearby sharing and a share sheet, so your app can send items to other players
- Language sync, so your app follows the phone’s language
On the server side, your app can read phone data and perform actions through simple exports: read contacts, photos and recents, send a message, place a call, push a notification, or drop mail into a player’s inbox.
A ready-to-use starter template is included so you can have a working app in a few minutes and build from there.
