What did you do to get this issue? I just was simply playing on FiveM and my frame rate started dropping and it never happened before so I restarted FiveM and it kept happening.
What server did you get this issue on? All servers, general issue with FiveM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

I have tried closing out other programs, clearing cache, reinstalling FiveM etc.
