Up to date: Yes
Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Steam
Windows version: Windows 10 (Latest)
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes
System specifications:
Graphics Card: RTX 3060 12GB
Motherboard: MPG X570 Gaming Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800x
Ram: Corsair Vengence 16gb

Important parts

What is the issue you’re having? After upgraded from a 1060, to 3060. I am experiencing extreme issues with FPS 5-10 FPS while driving and insanely common FPS Stutters.
Also Memory in taks manager is at 80-99% when playing FiveM

What are you trying to do? Play on the server.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Tried, uninstalling and re-installing Geforce drivers.
Re-install GTA & FiveM on fresh hard drives.
Other games like, Cyberpunk run 120 FPs on Ultra with ray tracing on.

What did you do to get this issue? Upgraded my GPU.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
