Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
Whenever I stream GTA V it is working perfectly fine, but if I want to stream a FiveM server, it is working perfectly on my PC, but on stream it looks like theres 5FPS or so. A friend of mine has a really similar PC to mine and he has not got any issues.
What are you trying to do?
Just stream on Twitch.tv using StreamLabs
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Tried to lower the graphics, bitrate as well.
Error screenshot (if any):

What did you do to get this issue?
start stream
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

This is an issue with GPU prioritization in Windows, OBS did have an attempt at a fix once (OBS Studio 24.0.3 GPU Priority Fix Testing | OBS Forums) but I don’t know if it still exists or if you just didn’t run it as administrator.

Run as administrator what, FiveM? OBS? I will try both if possible and let you know if that helped later. Thanks!

OBS, yeah. FiveM itself currently can’t run as admin nor is it related to this issue.
