I would like to address a serious issue I’ve been dealing with over the past few months regarding posting releases on the forum. I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this, but now more than ever, it’s taking far too long for posts to be approved.
On top of that, my latest release, Zorpex Shops, was by far the most frustrating one I’ve ever tried to publish. It took two full months of repeatedly submitting it, getting rejected multiple times. Only once was I given a reason for the rejection, and after that, it was rejected six or seven more times without any explanation.
I also tried opening support tickets, but received no response for over a month, and the ticket was eventually closed due to inactivity, not on my part, but theirs. After that, I even attempted to contact Indra directly, but again, I got no response.
Eventually, the release was accepted. However, when I tried to post another release using the exact same format as the one that was approved, it was once again rejected without any explanation.
This platform is supposed to be a place where smaller creators can share their work, gain visibility, and reach customers. Instead, it feels like there is favoritism, and it’s frustrating to see AI-generated content being accepted more easily while genuine work faces constant barriers.
This forum should encourage creators to publish their work, but given the current situation, fewer and fewer people feel motivated to contribute.
I don’t know what’s going on, but this needs to be addressed with the creators. At the very least, we should be given a reason for rejections or some insight into what’s happening. Instead, there’s just silence on their end, which makes the whole situation even more frustrating.
